2008 Annual Radioactive Material Release Report and Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report Please find as Enclosure 1 to this letter, a copy of NextEraTM Energy Duane Arnold, LLC's, f/k/a FPL Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (hereafter, NextEra Energy Duane Arnold) 2008 Annual Radioactive Material Release Report for the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC). This report satisfies the requirements of Offsite Dose Assessment Manual (ODAM) Section 8.2.1 and Technical Specification Section 5.6.3. to this letter contains a copy of the 2008 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report for the DAEC, pursuant to the requirements of ODAM Section 8.2.2 and Technical Specification Section 5.6.2.
This letter contains no new commitments nor does it revise any existing commitments.
