This letter confirms a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for March 19, 2009, at 3:00 p.m. (CDT). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss our annual assessment of licensee performance at the Farley Nuclear Plant.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss NRCs annual assessment of licensee performance at the Farley Nuclear Plant. Following the formal presentation, NRC representatives will be available to address questions from members of the public.
