Dear Mr. Johnson:
By letter dated August 14, 2007, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML072280253), Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. (SNC, the licensee) submitted a request to allow proposed alternative for continued operation with pinhole leaks in class 2 valve Q2N11V003B.
By letter dated June 27, 2008, (ADAMS Accession No. ML081790480), SNC submitted a withdrawal of this request. The letter identified actions which had been taken to eliminate the need for relief.
This letter acknowledges the withdrawal and concludes the work performed on this task.
