- Sam, Attached are draft RAI's regarding Fermi's response to Security Bulletin 2007-01. The draft questions are being sent to ensure that the questions are understandable, the regulatory basis for the questions is clear, and to determine if the information was previously docketed.
A response to the RAI questions will be requested within 35 days from the date of the RAI letter, if there is an issue with this time frame please let me know.
