Introductions
Purpose Discussion on License Transfer Application Schedule Summary Note: NMC is currently the licensed operator for the nuclear facilities owned By NSPM and, following the license transfer, NSPM will become the Licensed Operator of these facilities without any changes to the current Ownership. NMC nuclear staff will become NSPM employees thus maintaining the same level of staff qualifications as previously, with no changes to the financial responsibilities and liability currently carried by NSPM.
