ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR REACTOR SAFEGUARDS REVIEW OF THE JAMES A. FITZPATRICK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION - SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT The license renewal staff and technical branches have completed their review of the James A.
FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAFNPP) license renewal application (LRA) and issued the ASafety Evaluation Report Related to the License Renewal of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant@ on January 24, 2008. We request that the Advisory Committee for Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) review the staffs safety evaluation for the JAFNPP LRA. The JAFNPP LRA is currently scheduled for review by the ACRS Full Committee in March 2008. The required CD copies of the pertinent documents have already been delivered to the ACRS staff.
