'b)(5) 4: DAVIS-BESSE -- The Agency issued a press release today on NRC's confirmatory order to FENOC outlining the company's commitments to improve regulatory communications and corporate safety culture as it relates to the handling of the Exponent report. RIII spoke to the Toledo Blade, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Akron Beacon Journal, Cleveland Public Radio and the Toledo-based NBC station. The auestions mostly focused on what this action meant and if the utility would have to oav fines.
