- Raj, The actions that DLR has taken to verify that a2 issues have been adequately identified and resolved are as follows:
1 Review the LRA 2 Review Section 2 of the SER 3 Discuss a2 scoping with DSS/Contractor 4 Review the regional inspection report 5 Discuss a2 scoping with the regional team leader 6 And, if necessary, re-confirm with the applicant
