Thank you for taking time yesterday to speak with me regarding my request for an informal meeting between you, New York AREA, and some of our concerned members.
As I mentioned, New York AREA and its members have serious concerns about Indian Point and the strong pressure exerted upon your Commission by virulently anti-nuclear groups such as Riverkeeper. I know that a face to face meeting with you will help to answer some of our concerns.
Also, we look forward to speaking with you about Indian Point and its supreme importance to the downstate New York economy and environment.
