FYI: Prep Material for May 31, 2007 Public Meeting Hello Tony, Attached are three documents that you and the other industry participates may find useful in preparing for the May 31st and June 1st public meeting. As you will notice the statements have changed since the may 2nd public meeting in PA. The changes reflect additional comments from internal stakeholders, the steering committee, and NEI's letter dated April 25, 2007.
I plan to call you on May 23rd or 24th to discuss:
