Documentation in the form of a 9-page, handwritten table showing the LACBWR Fuel Element Storage Well current inventory and historical records as referenced in DPC response to RAI-3.
Documentation in the form of selected pages of the Operations Procedure, OP-35-15, used during the most recent fuel movements, and example component transfer records used for accounting purposes that were generated during the work as referenced in DPC response to RAI-4.
