LETTER OF APPRECIATION
Dear Ms. Kray:
Loren Plisco and I want to express our appreciation for your presentation and the outstanding support you provided to the Construction Inspection Program (CIP) Breakout Session during the 2007 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Regulatory Information Conference (RIC).
The RIC is a dynamic forum for national and international stakeholders to interact and discuss a wide range of issues important to nuclear safety. It provides NRC management, NRCs regulated utilities, and other important stakeholders an opportunity to meet and discuss safety initiatives and regulatory trends. There were approximately 2,200 people in attendance at this years conference.
We received positive feedback regarding our session, which has initiated addition dialogue and interest in matters pertaining to the CIP. Again, thank you so much for your participation.
Loren and I, and our staffs look forward to continued valuable interactions.
Sincerely,
/RA/
