2007 Emergency Response Exercise Manual for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (CONFIDENTIAL)
Dear Mr. Caldwell:
Two (2) copies of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS) Emergency Response Evaluated Exercise Manual, dated May 15,2007 are being provided to Mr. Ken R. Riemer, Plant Support Branch Chief, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Region 111. The manual contains the Exercise scenario and other materials, which provide specific details regarding exercise activities, and is considered confidential until the exercise has been conducted.
The 2007 Evaluated Exercise is a full participation Exercise involving the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Homeland Security, State of Ohio, Ottawa County, Lucas County, and Erie County.
