Dear Tim,
I hope John White has researched this for you. I am covering a refueling outage at Fitzpatrick this week, so I can only guess. Included with the 3rd quarter resident inspection report, would be a cover letter with descriptions of the NRC findings during the quarter. I know I generated 2 findings regarding poor planning and HP controls for the lower internals (core barrel) replacement activity during the Spring Unit 2 refueling outage. Both findings were Green.
I don't know if this is the subject area at all, but that is all that I am aware of.

Hello Gentlemen, we have had several press contacts recently about IP and one just yesterday asked about our opinion on an "NRC Findings Letter" put out on September 1st. This is one I am not familiar with. Can either of you shed some light on what this document may be? We need to get back to them ASAP, so any info you could provide this morning would be helpful.
