The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted a conference call with Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., (Entergy or the applicant) regarding the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (Pilgrim) license renewal application (LRA) to identify and request drawings for systems identified in the LRA. The conference call was conducted on Monday December 18, 2006, between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852. The list of participants is shown in the enclosure. The following is a summary of the conference call.
The NRC Pilgrim Project Manager provided an introduction and requested that Entergy identify to what system several component types listed in LRA table 2.3.3.14-15 belong. Entergy verified that the component types were part of the station heating system and, when requested by the NRC, agreed to provide system drawings to the NRC.
The applicant had an opportunity to comment on the meeting summary.
