Arrange meeting with Town personnel during Site Audit in May.

Notes from Call:

I briefly explained the purpose of the meeting. (He had not spoken with Alicia Williamson.)

Requested a meeting either Wednesday May 3 at 3:00 pm or Thursday May 4 at 3:30 pm. Mr.

Clifford said Wednesday May 3 at 3:30 pm would work best for them.

I told Mr. Clifford that I will send him a list of items we would like to discuss at the May 3 meeting and specific questions/information requests. His email address is:

Note: I had spoken with Mr. Clifford's assistance, BeverlyWiedemann, on April 25, 26 and 27. I gave her the two time slots available for the meeting and she transmitted the information to Mr.

Clifford.
