This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to have a meeting at 1:00 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday, January 10, 2007, at the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region III Office, located at 2443 Warrenville Road, Lisle, Illinois 60532.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the closure of the September 28, 2005, Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) and the overall results of your Performance Improvement Initiative. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have an opportunity to speak with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting, but before the meeting is adjourned.
