KEWAUNEE POWER STATION 2004 INSERVICE INSPECTION
SUMMARY
REPORT CORRECTION On February 24, 2005, Kewaunee Power Station (KPS) submitted the KPS 2004 lnservice Inspection (ISI) Summary Report (ADAMS Accession No. ML050620242).
Subsequently, an error was discovered in a Form NIS-2, "Owners Report for RepairIReplacement Activity," which was included in the report. This Form NIS-2 is located in Enclosure 9 of the IS1 Summary Report and is labeled as Work Order number 04-008484.
The corrected Form NIS-2 is enclosed.
Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) requests the Form NIS-2 for Work Order 04-008484 submitted in the February 24, 2005 IS1 Summary Report be replaced with the enclosed corrected Form NIS-2.
