The Board hereby informs the Commission that the Board will not be able to issue its decision on each request for hearing/petition to intervene within 45 days after the filing of answers and replies, as specified in 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(i). Four petitioners (including three governmental entities) filed a total of eleven contentions, which have now been fully briefed.
Subsequently, the parties filed and briefed motions to strike, motions to supplement, and a request to file an amended contention.
