- Russ, My boss, Dwight Chamberlain, has asked to arrange a conference call on Thursday to discuss the Cooper SPAR model treatment of a loss of service water, and whether the model should be modified to account for stategies the licensee has devised to cope with a loss of service water.
We sent a description of the issue last week.
Desired participants-Tschiltz, Richards, O'Reilly, someone from reactor systems. you, and anyone else you think. It could be almost anytime on Thursday, but certain times will not work for us.
Let me know if this Is possible. I realize we are dealing with a lot of heavily-scheduled people.
