- Gene, I spoke with Randy last night and conveyed to him my satisfaction with conversation you and I had yesterday. I wanted him to know my experience: you listen well, understood my concerns, have a firm grasp on the investigation needed at Hope Creek, and shed light on the matters I was unclear about.
Thank you.
On the fax cover I sent you yesterday with the nuclear safety notification, I voiced some questions at HPCI and want to be sure you saw them. Many at the site are now wondering if, in fact, HPCI was "operable" on October 10. When your investigation is far enough along to have an answer to that question, I would appreciate knowing.
In the meantime, I wish you and the team well.
