I too need 01 to answer the "why did it take as long as it did?" question. To respond to USC's letter I'm looking for info on:
- an agreement I heard they/RGN-l had with the afleger to address the SCWE issue before (instead of in parallel with) the discrimination issue; discussion of the extent of the investigation (i.e., do we normally not do certain thing that we did in this case?; was it necessary to do 10 times as many interviews as we normally do?;
ePc.) -
- does 01 have metrics to monitor it's goals to resolve allegations of discrimination within 10 months?
What actions are taken to meet and monitor that goal?
