Enclosed is an original signed copy of a Federal Register notice of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions approval of a partial exemption from record keeping requirements in 10 CFR 50.71c for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station. Five copies of the notice and a diskette containing an electronic version of the notice are also enclosed. Please transmit the Federal Register notice to the Office of the Federal Register for Publication.
