On June 6, 2006, the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company ("FENOC"), acting as agent for and on behalf of FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation Corp. ("FENGenCo") and FirstEnergy Solutions Corp. ("FE Solutions"), submitted a request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission
("NRC") for consent to the indirect transfer of control of FENGenCo from a first-tier subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. ("FirstEnergy") to a subsidiary, FE Solutions.
The ownership percentage for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2 was inadvertently listed as 60.8% instead of 60.08%. This submittal is being made to correct that value.
The FENGenCo corrected ownership percentages are as follows:
- 1. 100% of Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1;
- 2. 60.08% of Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2;
- 3. 100% of Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1;
- 4. 87.42% of Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1.
