SIHC project mgt Reply requested by 3/4/04 As we discussed Monday, i need you to be driving the S/HC efforts, thinking ahead (and thoroughly) about what needs to be done and how to get it done (including how to best use your staff), and keeping me informed (including of bad news and any missed milestones).
We have a lot of things to deal with in March.
Accordingly, by Friday, I need from you an updated strategy for S/HC, and a rather detailed listing of priorities for March, along with an indication of how we will get things done.
Also, tomorrow's panel needs to cover not only the SCWE review/allegation update, but also a more comprehensive project update.
Also, as we discussed, the arrangements for the march 18 meeting with PSEG need to be finalized to the point that we can issue a valid meeting notice well in advance, preferrably tomorrow, but no later than Friday.
