Completion of Site-Specific Compensatory Measures

CAL No. NRR-03-003, Dated October 22, 2003 Mr. Matthews:
The Nuclear Engineering Teaching Laboratory (Facility License R-129) (NETL) has completed the site-specific compensatory measures implementation plan as detailed in previous submittals to the NRC and in CAL-03-003. All specified measures were completed by December 2003 but the facility Management was reviewing some new facility modifications that would occur in 2004. The modifications could have required changes to the original compensatory action letter. The NETL has completed these facility modifications and does not believe any changes to the original submittals are required.
