To discuss PPLs minimimum critical power ratio safety limit (MCPRSL) proposed Technical Specification revisions for Unit 2 Mid-Cycle 12 (U2C12) and Unit 2 Cycle 13 (U2C13) with respect to channel bow measurements and methodology changes.
(2)
To discuss PPLs December 22, 2003, license amendment request regarding the implementation of the Oscillation Power Range Monitoring (OPRM) System.
