Dear Mr. Skolds:
This letter provides notification of changes to the Environmental Project Manager (EPM) for the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 (QCNPS), and Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 (DNPS) license renewal environmental reviews. The current EPM for both projects is Mr. Louis L. Wheeler, who will be retiring from the NRC staff in the near future. Effective March 23, 2004, Dr. Michael T. Masnik will be the EPM for QCNPS.
