D.C. COOK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 INFORMATION REQUEST TO SUPPORT THE IP 95002 INSPECTION

Dear Mr. Nazar:

This letter is to provide you with advanced information regarding materials needed to support our Inspection Procedure (IP) 95002 inspection which is scheduled to begin on April 19, 2004, at your D.C. Cook facility. We will review the requested material and identify those areas where more detailed information will be needed.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
