Dear Mr. Malone:
This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to conduct a Regulatory Conference to discuss the preliminary White finding identified following a March 25, 2003, loss of offsite power event which occurred when a signpost was driven into a conduit and damaged a cable in the plant parking lot. The meeting will be held on November 25, 2003, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) at the Region III Office in Lisle, Illinois.
This meeting is open to the public.
Following this conference, we will also discuss overall performance at your Palisades facility.
This meeting will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST at the same location and will also be open to the public.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
