1 Refueling and maintenanc, outage
SUMMARY
End of fuel cycle coastdown began at the start of the month of September. Power gradually decreased from full power to 81% over the time period of September 1 through September 14, 2003. At 2329 on September 14, 2003, the unit began a manual shutdown for refueling and maintenance. The unit was taken off-line at 0420 on September 15, 2003. The shutdown continued through the end of the month.
