REQUEST FOR COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT PLANT-SPECIFIC SUPPLEMENT 13 TO THE GENERIC ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT REGARDING H. B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNIT 2 (TAC NO. MB5226)
Dear Mr. Moyer:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has completed the draft plant-specific Supplement 13 to NUREG-1437, Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants, regarding the renewal of operating license DPR-23 for H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit 2, for an additional 20 years of operation. Enclosed is a copy of the report for your review and comment.
The draft report will be filed with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and a notice of availability will be subsequently published by the EPA in the Federal Register. Any comments on the draft plant-specific Supplement 13 to the GEIS should be addressed to:
