The inspectors reviewed Revision 18 to the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant Security
Manual to verify that the changes did not decrease the effectiveness of the submitted
document. The referenced revision was submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) requirements by licensee letter dated December 20, 2002.
