Letter from J. L. Settelen, Jr. (AmerGen Energy Company, LLC) to U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated November 19, 2001 In the Reference 1 letter, pursuant to 10 CFR 140.21, "Licensee guarantees of payment of deferred premiums," AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen), provided evidence that we maintain a guarantee of payment of deferred premiums in the amount of $10 million for each of our three reactors.
In that letter, AmerGen requested that the financial information provided be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a)(4). Upon further review, we are withdrawing our request that this information be withheld from public disclosure. provides the financial information for the year 2000 and the projections that were provided for the year 2001.
