Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS), Unit No. I and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Updated Inservice Testing Program The purpose of this submittal is to provide the Nuclear Regulatory Commission with an informational copy of the most recent revisions to the Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) Unit I and Unit 2 Inservice Testing (IST) Programs.
Enclosed is a compact disc containing Issue 2, Revision 11 of the BVPS Unit 1 IST Program and Issue 2, Revision 9 of the BVPS Unit 2 IST Program.
It was determined that the BVPS Unit 1 IST Revision 1 1 and the BVPS Unit 2 IST Revision 9 changes did not require NRC approval prior to implementation. This determination was based on the fact that all of the changes are either:
- in accordance with the ASME/ANSI Operations and Maintenance Standard Parts 6 and 10 (OM-6 and OM-10), or
- in compliance with the positions delineated in Attachment 1 and Supplement I of Generic Letter No. 89-04, "Guidance on Developing Acceptable Inservice Testing Programs," or
- editorial in nature.
