Lycoming, NY 13093 Tel 315-349-6183 Matt Bellomo Sr. Manager, Site Security Constellation Energy Generation, LLC has revised the James A FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAF) Physical Security Plan (PSP) in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
Revision 24 was effective on August 22, 2023.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54{p)(2}, the revised PSP (Revision 24) is included as with this letter. The Attachment contains a summary of changes and contains a 10 CFR 50.54(p) evaluation of the changes.
The Attachment, Enclosure 1, and Enclosure 2 contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.2. Exelon, therefore, requests that the Attachment, Enclosure 1, and Enclosure 2 be withheld from public disclosure.
