Annual Report in Accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.2 Ladies and Gentlemen:
In accordance with Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1 (HNP), Technical Specification 6.9.1.2, Duke Energy Progress, LLC, is providing the following information regarding reactor coolant specific activity for 2017.
During 2017, specific activity of the HNP reactor coolant did not exceed 1 microCurie per gram dose equivalent 1-131 or 100/E-bar microCuries per gram of gross radioactivity as set forth in Technical Specification 3.4.8.
