Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter serves as notification of Grand Gulf Nuclear Station's (GGNS's) readiness for your office to perform a 95001 Supplemental Inspection. This inspection is associated with two White Performance Indicators (Pis). During the Third Quarter 2018, GGNS exceeded the White threshold for the Unplanned Power Changes per 7000 Critical Hours Pl. During the following quarter, the station also exceeded the White PI threshold for Unplanned Scrams per 7,000 Critical Hours. Both of these Pis are in the Initiating Events Cornerstone (Reference 1 and 2).
