In accordance with The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005, signed into law in December 2004, TVA began filing annual reports (1 0-Ks), quarterly reports (1 0-Qs), and current reports (8-Ks) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). TVA filings began with the filing of the 2006 Annual Report.
