Central Emergency Control Center - Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Revision In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section V and 10 CFR 72.44(f), this submittal provides the revised Central Emergency Control Center (CECC)
Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIPs) as listed below.

U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 Date November 5, 2014 provides a summary of the changes and the analyses performed that concluded the changes do not constitute a reduction in effectiveness of the EPIPs. The CECC EPIP-2 and CECC EPIP-3 procedures continue to comply with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50 Appendix E. Enclosures 2 and 3 provide a copy of the revised EPIPs.
