Dear Ms. Haney:
In accordance with the guidance contained in Revision 11 of NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing Standards for Power Reactors," ES-501, "Initial Post-Examination Activities," Duke Energy Progress, LLC (Duke Energy), is providing the NRG the specified documentation for the operator retake initial examination, which was administered at the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, and Thursday, December 14, 2017. Duke Energy does not have any post-examination comments.
Lastly, the original ES-201-3 form, "Examination Security Agreement," with all the pre-and post-examination signatures will be provided via email, as confirmed with the NRG chief examiner on December 13, 2017.
This document contains no regulatory commitments.
