The statement in the referenced letter that the cost of the removal and disposal of spent fuel and non-radioactive structures and material was not included in the amount of decommissioning funds being collected-.is incorrect.~
The amount FPC is collecting exceeds the amount necessary based on the NRC formula and does include the estimated cost of removal and disposal of non-radioactive structures--
and materials (but not spent fuel).
